Use 518Create to create, connect, share and build. Be responsible for what you do here, respect other people's rights, and don't use the platform to harm people or break the law.
You must be at least 13 to use 518Create. Keep your login secure and give us accurate account information. If you're under 18, some selling, payment or other money features may require a parent or guardian.
You keep ownership of the photos, writing, music, videos and other content you create. By posting it, you give 518Create permission to store, display, process and distribute it only as needed to operate, improve and promote the platform and the content you chose to make visible.
Only upload content you created or have the right to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy and other people's rights.
Disagreement, criticism, politics, religion, comedy and unpopular opinions are allowed. Content or behavior that violates our Community Rules can be limited or removed. Serious or repeated violations can lead to account restrictions or removal.
Stores, project support, tickets, subscriptions and other paid features may involve separate payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds or seller obligations. 518Create will clearly show applicable platform fees before a transaction.
Features can change as 518Create grows. If we make a major change to these Terms, we'll make reasonable efforts to tell members before it takes effect.
518Create is provided as available. We can't promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Your information should help the platform work for you—not become a mystery product being traded behind your back.
We collect information you give us, such as your name, username, email, profile information, posts, messages, uploads and settings. We also collect basic technical information needed to keep you signed in, protect accounts, fix problems and understand how 518Create is being used.
Anything you choose to post publicly or to a community can be seen by the audience you selected. Private messages, private drafts and content marked private are not displayed publicly.
To run your account, show your content to the audience you choose, personalize your experience, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, provide support, improve features and operate creator tools.
518Create uses trusted infrastructure and service providers for things like authentication, hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics, AI and moderation. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and are subject to their own privacy obligations.
When paid features launch, payment information will be handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by 518Create whenever practical. We may keep transaction records needed for receipts, support, fraud prevention, taxes and accounting.
518Create is not being built around selling member data. If our privacy practices materially change, we'll tell members and update this policy.
You can change profile visibility and privacy settings as those controls become available. Before Founding Member launch, we will provide a clear way to request account deletion and access or correction of important account information.
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with valid legal process, or enforce our rules.
518Create is built for creativity, expression, conversation and community. You do not have to agree with everyone here. Being controversial, blunt or unpopular is not automatically a rules violation.
